BOOKING
Every person is unique and no two weddings are the same. Therefore, ALL of my packages are completely customizable. Once we decide on a package, I will not leave you hanging. I’m here for any questions, advice needed, and for support throughout the entire wedding planning process.
WEDDING DAY
I’ll arrive fully prepared & ready to serve you to my heart's extent. Need a bobby pin, hair tie, some water?! Don’t worry, you got it! I start off with photographing all of the details such as rings, bouquets, dresses, invitations, jewelry, shoes etc. Don’t stress about forgetting anything, all details will be included in my pre wedding questionnaire that I send out 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This questionnaire goes over every detail/special requests & helps me be completely prepared for your big day!
Communication is KEY - I will be communicating with your wedding planner/coordinator & dj all throughout the day to assure all events stay on time and go smoothly. Running behind?! No stress, we’ll make it up!
SNEAK PEEKS
Your wedding flew by in a blink of an eye! So fast that a lot of it was a blur... But don’t worry, I’ll send you a variety of sneak peeks from your big day within 24 short hrs! I know how important it is to relive those moments and memories, and let’s be honest, I know you are all dying to post on social media!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my images from my wedding day?
All galleries will be completed within 8 weeks maximum, although I always strive for 6 weeks or less. I understand how eager you are to get them, but I also want to ensure that I do not rush the process and can deliver a quality product.
Do you have any vendor recommendations?
Yes! Let me know which type of vendor you are looking for and I would be happy to send you a list of my go to’s. I’ve worked first hand with numerous vendors, so I only recommend the absolute best!
Do you give out RAW or unedited image files?
No, raw images do not accurately represent my work. After shooting, a lot of time and effort goes into hand editing to perfect each image. You’d be surprised at how much magic editing adds to an image! After all, you are hiring me for a finished product and editing is the cherry on top! Also, RAW files are huge and require special photography software to work with; so odds are, they wouldn’t be much use for you anyways!
How many images will be in my completed gallery?
This greatly varies on which package you go with & depending on how long I am there. But typically, I deliver around 100 images per hour of coverage.
Do we have the rights to our images or do I have to print through you?
Printing rights are given to clients in all of my wedding packages, however, the image copyright is still owned by me. You will have full permission to print the images to your heart’s extent!
We decided we are wanting to book you, what’s next?
Ahhh so exciting! Fill out my contact form letting me know and I will get back to you ASAP so we can get everything squared away. To book you sign a contract & pay a retainer!
How much of a deposit is needed to book?
Depending on which package you choose, I require a small non refundable retainer that is between $300 and $500. The rest is not due until two weeks prior to your wedding, and you can make payments as you go.
How do you deliver a finished gallery?
Once I complete all editing I upload the images to an online gallery exclusively for you. This gallery will have a link that you can share, download, and even order prints from my exclusive printing lab. Your gallery will be customized for you with your wedding date, and all images will be broken down into the different segments from your big day so you can quickly look through each section.
What happens if you have an equipment malfunction?
Do not stress about this one bit! I always come prepared with a backup camera, numerous lenses, batteries, sd cards, and all the sorts. In case a rare malfunction occurred, I always have a plan b and you won’t even know anything happened. I take extremely good care and maintain annual cleanings of all of my gear to ensure that you have nothing to worry about!
How does travel work?
Depending on the location of your wedding (not local) a travel fee will be added. For weddings that are a far drive I take in account time, gas money, and if needed, a hotel room. For weddings that require flying, a roundtrip ticket will be accounted for, hotel stay, car rental/transportation, and a food allowance. I am very transparent about this so it is fair and worth it for both parties.
